摘要

学院教职工考核管理系统是教育信息化的一个重要应用系统，它大大改善了学校教学、科研与管理的基础环境，提高了学校教职工管理当代化的水平。作为整个学校管理信息系统的关键子系统之一，它的作用重要体现在：一是为全校的信息管理系统提供重要的教职工工数据，二是可以有效地提高人事管理部门的工作效率和质量。本文将对学院教职工考核管理系统开发中的若干基本问题进行研究，包含该系统的开发条件、功效构成、总体规划及其实现过程等系列内容。

一方面，本文将分析该项目标背景及国内相关研究情况，项目标设计和研究方法。其次从结构化生命周期的开发方法的角度阐述本系统的设计过程和实现方法。最终对系统进行调试并得到相应的结论。

在附录中，本文还将給出该系统的部分程序源码，供参考之用。

Abstract

TheManagementInformationSystem(MIS)forschoolisanimportantapplicationintheprocessofeducationinformationizationofuniversity.Ithasamelioratedthebasicenvironmentofeducation,researchandmanagement.Besides,ithasalsoimprovedthelevelofmodernizationofuniversity.TheinformationmanagementofteacherintheuniversityisakeysubsystemofthewholeMIS.Ithastwoprimaryfunctions:ontheonehand,itcanprovideimportantdataofteachersandstuffsintheuniversity;ontheotherhand,itcanimprovetheworkingefficiencyandqualityofministryofpersonnel.thispaperhasstudiedseveralbasicproblemsofMIS’sexploitation,whichincludesthefunctioncomposing,qualification,processandprogramming.

Atfirst,Iwillintroducesthepurposeandbackgroundofthissystem,therelevantsituationinournation,themethodsofresearch,theprocessofresearchandcontentsofresearch.Thesecond,Iwilldescribetheprinciple,designmethodofthissystemfromtheangelofStructuallifecylemethod.Atlast,Iwillintroducethetestprocessofthissystemandmyconclusion.

Atthesupplement,Iwillwritesomethinglikeprogramcode,dialogsandsoon.Itmaybehelpfulforthefuturedesign.
