红船精神引领+OBE导向的程序设计类课程教学改革与实践

摘摇要:针对程序设计类课程存在的与实际应用脱节、创新精神和社会责任感培养不足等问题,将成果

导向教育理念与红船精神相结合,构建了“三阶段联动+红船精神引领+知识点案例引导冶的育人模式,并

从教学目标、育人模式、教学方法、教学设计和多元化考核评价体系五个方面实施教学改革与实践。结果表

明,该教学模式不仅能够提升学生的专业技能,培养学生的首创精神、奋斗精神和奉献精神,还能增强学生

的社会责任感和团队协作能力,可为相关专业课程的思政教学改革提供借鉴。

Abstract:Inresponsetotheissuesofdisconnectionfrompracticalapplications,andinsufficientcultivationof

innovativespiritandsocialresponsibilityinprogrammingcourses,aneducationalmodelintegratingOutcomes-Based

Education(OBE)philosophywiththeRedBoatSpirithasbeendeveloped.Thismodel,characterizedby

“Three-StageLinkage+RedBoatSpiritLeadership+KnowledgePointCaseGuidance冶,hasbeenimplementedin

teachingreformsandpracticesacrossfiveaspects:teachingobjectives,educationalmodels,teachingmethods,

instructionaldesign,andadiversifiedassessmentandevaluationsystem.Theresultsindicatethatthisteachingmodel

notonlyenhancesstudentsprofessionalskills,andfosterstheirpioneeringspirit,spiritofstruggleandspiritof

dedication,butalsostrengthenstheirsenseofsocialresponsibilitya
