BECO四阀泵

一般描述：

基本上，进料泵由两个部分组成：驱动部件=气动马达和物料进料泵。

原则上，空气马达是一个压缩空气缸，通过的机械/气动换向系统产生恒定（间歇性）的往复。

通过压缩空气控制装置可以无限调节空气马达的工作周期——双行程——从而设置物料流量和物料。

如果泵用于连续系统中，频率不应超过每分钟20次行程。

空气马达的气缸活塞面积与物料泵进料气缸的活塞面积之间存在特定的比例关系。这种面积比称为泵的传递比。

此传输比乘以气动马达的压缩空气进气，即可得出泵出口处的物料输送。

示例：物料输送的传输比：i4:1泵的空气进气：P空气5bar计算：4x

P=5bar:P材料20bar物料

输送泵了一系列传输比为2:1至22:1的型号。

当传输比低于5:1时，它们被称为低压输送泵。

当传输比高于10:1时，它们被称为高压输送泵。

给料泵的压缩空气马达可以配备不同材料的泵。因此，传递比和流量以相同的关系变化，即使用
