BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性DAA是⼀种强效的⾃噬(autophagy)诱导剂，在⾮⼩细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中表现出显著的抗肿瘤功效，并可增

强抗PD1的作⽤效果。DAA通过破坏LIC1与RuvB样AAAATP酶1之间的相互作⽤，从⽽激活GCN2-eIF2

α-ATF4整合应激反应通路，促进⾃噬性细胞死亡。DAA可⽤于⾮⼩细胞肺癌的相关研究[1]。
