高校图书馆典型用户群体电子资源行为数据分析实证研究*

——基于创文图书馆电子资源综合管理与利用系统

摘 要信息大爆发时代，高校对图书馆的发展提出了更高要求，其中包括学科服务的深入性及可实践性，目的在于

贴合用户需求，有“备”而行，避免盲目服务。论文利用Excel、Python对创文系统中典型用户群体访问电子资源行为数

据进行多维度分析，同时使用Matplotlib、WorldCloud、Gephi等绘制知识图谱，进行可视化呈现，从中准确揭示出典型

用户群体利用电子资源行为规律及特征，旨在实现电子资源的精准匹配，从而助力典型用户群体科研工作，为推进图

书馆学科服务纵深化发展提供有益参考与借鉴。

Abstract In the era of information explosion, higher requirements are put forward for university libraries,including the 

indepth and practicality of subject services. The purpose is to meet the need of users, to be prepared and to avoid blind services. 

Excel and Python were used to conduct multidimensional analysis of the behavior data,  and Matplotlib, WorldCloud, Gephi, 

etc. were used to draw knowledge graphs for visual presentation. From this, it can accurately reveal the behavioral regularities a

nd characteristics of typical user groups, aiming to match accurately E-resources with their research directions, so as to 

help scientific research of typical user groups,and to provide useful reference for promoting the in-depth subject service.
