摘要：厨卫空间作为家庭生活重要组成部分，逐渐成为智能化应用重点领域。智能建筑技术在厨卫中的应用可显著提

升空间舒适性，为用户提供个性化、便捷生活体验。基于此，文章深度解析了厨卫空间中智能建筑技术的创新应用，具体阐

述了智能控制系统、网络技术的关键作用，并在此基础上研究智能厨房与智能卫浴空间技术创新，涵盖智能家电、自动化厨

房系统、智能马桶、等多方面内容。研究结果表明，智能建筑技术在厨卫空间的创新应用优势显著，可提升住户舒适度及厨

卫智能化水平。
