甘肃省消毒供应中心护士培训负荷调查分析

[摘要]目的：调查甘肃省消毒供应中心护士培训负荷现状并分析其影响因素，为专科培训提供理论依据。

方法：于2023年1月9日—20日，使用便利抽样法，抽取甘肃省14个市（州），133家医院的753名消毒供应中心

护士为研究对象，采用消毒供应护士培训负荷调查表对其进行调查。结果：甘肃省消毒供应中心护士培训负荷整体

条目均分为（2.76±0.81）分。不同级别医院及工作年限护士在形式负荷上差异有统计学意义（P0.05），不同职称护

士在内容负荷、培训时间/频率负荷、总负荷上差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：甘肃省消毒供应中心护士整体

培训负荷处于轻度水平，但部分培训内容负荷和身心负荷接近中度水平。管理人员在制定培训方案时应兼顾学员培

训负荷，科学、合理地安排培训内容，提升培训效果。
