Abstract

Urbanplanningandmunicipalconstructionaretwoindispensableaspectsofurbandevelopment,butintheactualprocess,thereare

oftenlargecoordinationproblems.Throughin-depthanalysisoftheinteractiverelationshipbetweenurbanplanningandmunicipal

construction,thispaperputsforwardthecorrespondingcoordinateddevelopmentpath.First,deepentheinformationsharingand

interactionbetweenthemtoenhancetheiroverallcollaboration.Secondly,establishapublicinterest-orientedcoordinationmechanism

toensurethaturbanplanningandmunicipalconstructioncanbetterservetheneedsofurbanresidentsandurbandevelopmentin

actualoperation.Third,improvetherelevantlawsandregulations,improvetheoperabilityandenforcementofplanning,andavoid

thedifficultproblemofplanninglawenforcementcausedbytheimperfectsupervisionsystem.Finally,strengthenthetrainingand

interventionofprofessionaltalents,inordertograduallyimprovetheprofessionalismandefficiencyofurbanplanningandmunicipal

construction.Throughtheaboveways,thehealthyandharmoniousdevelopmentofthecitycanbepromoted.

城市规划与市政施工两者是城市发展不可或缺的两个方面，但在实际过程中，往往存在较大的协调问题。论文通过深入剖

析城市规划与市政施工的互动关系，提出了相应的协调发展路径。首先，深化两者间的信息共享和交互，以增强其整体协

同性。其次，建立以公众利益为导向的协调机制，确保城市规划与市政施工在实际操作中，能够更好地服务于城市居民和

城市发展需求。再次，完善相关法律法规，提高规划执行的可操作性和执行力度，避免因监督制度不完善造成的规划执法

难问题。最后，加强专业人才的培养和介入，以逐渐提升城市规划和市政施工的专业性和效率。通过以上途径，可以促进

城市健康和谐发展。
