摘要Abstract

目的基于KANO模型，分析住院床位统筹管理模式下临床护士对护理会诊内容及形式的需求。方法采用

护理会诊需求问卷和系统可用性评价问卷，于2024年9—10月对某三甲医院的1003名临床护士进行调查，采

用KANO分析法分析需求属性。结果37.09%护士从未使用过护理会诊系统，36.49%护士对现行会诊模式非常

满意。90.53%护士表示住院床位统筹管理模式下，实施护理会诊重要或非常重要，护理会诊系统可用性评分

57.41±11.00分。依照KANO属性，护士对护理会诊有2项期望型需求，1项魅力型需求，3项必备型需求。结论

住院床位统筹管理模式下，护士对护理会诊需求较高，但现行系统不能满足其需求，医疗机构应根据需求分析不

断优化护理会诊系统，开展多学科会诊等，保障医疗质量和患者安全。

ObjectiveToanalyzetheclinicalnursesdemandsforthecontentandformatofnursingconsultationsunderthe

centralizedinpatientbedmanagementmodelbasedontheKANOmodel.MethodsAsurveywasconductedamong1003

clinicalnursesinatertiaryhospitalfromSeptembertoOctober2024usinganursingconsultationdemandquestionnaireand

asystemusabilityevaluationquestionnaire.TheKANOanalysismethodwasemployedtoclassifydemandattributes.Results

37.09%ofnurseshadneverusedthenursingconsultationsystem,while36.49%reportedhighsatisfactionwiththecurrent

consultationmodel.90.53%ofnursesconsiderednursingconsultationsimportantorveryimportantunderthecentralized

bedmanagementmodel.Theusabilityscoreofthenursingconsultationsystemwas57.41±11.00points.BasedonKANO

attributes,nursesidentifiedtwoexpectativeneeds,oneattractiveneed,andthreemust-beneedsfornursingconsultations.

ConclusionUnderthecentralizedinpatientbedmanagementmodel,nursesexhibithighdemandfornursingconsultations,

yetthecurrentsystemfailstomeettheirrequirements.Healthcareinstitutionsshouldcontinuouslyoptimizetheconsultation

systemthroughdemandanalysis,implementmultidisciplinaryconsultations,andensuremedicalqualityandpatientsafety.
