内容提要：医疗设备管理是医院管理的重要组成部分，却时常陷入“管理难、质控难、维保难、效益分析难”的困境。采

用管理经济学领域的两种战略分析方法——SWOT分析法和八何分析法，对医院大型医疗设备管理过程中遇

到的问题和现象进行分析，并从医院管理角度提出相关建议与解决方案，旨在全面掌握管理现状中的难点与重

点，有效提高医疗设备的工作效率，尽可能发挥其所具备的功能和性能。同时，对设备管理工作的分析和规

划有助于降低运营成本，提高医院经济效益，为医院开展精细化、科学化、系统化的管理模式提供决策依据。

management,qualitycontrol,maintenanceandbenefitanalysis.Thisstudyadoptedtwostrategicanalysismethodsinthefieldofmanagementeconomics––

theSWOTanalysismethodandthe5W3Hanalysismethod,inordertoanalysetheproblemsandphenomenaencounteredinthemanagementoflarge-scale

medicalequipmentinthehospital.Fromtheperspectiveofhospitalmanagement,somerelevantsuggestionsandsolutionswereraisedaswell.Theaimis

tocomprehensivelyunderstandthedifficultiesandkeypointsduringthemanagement,whichcontributestoeffectivelyimprovetheefficiencyofmedical
