基于Malmquist指数的安徽省粮食全要素生产率分析

基于2005—2020年安徽省各市面板数据，采用Malmquist指数测算出粮食全要素生产率。研究发现，

安徽省的粮食生产效率在缓慢提升，年平均增长率为0.7%。其中，技术进步是粮食生产的核心动力，安徽

省在粮食生产上具有一定创新成果。当技术效率变化指数进一步分解为纯技术进步指数和规模效率指数时，

发现纯技术效率和规模效率总体上均有所下降，且对技术效率具有负向影响，技术效率变化呈下降趋势与

纯技术效率基本变动趋同。据此，提出建议：安徽省应继续农业科技的创新与研发，在马鞍山、淮北、铜

陵等地级市合理扩大生产规模，同时注重制定差异化粮食生产政策。

Abstract:BasedonthepaneldataofcitiesinAnhuiProvincefrom2005to2020,theMalmquistindexwasused

tocalculatethetotalfactorproductivityofgrain.ThestudyfoundthatAnhuisgrainproductionefficiencyisslowly

improving,withanaverageannualgrowthrateof0.7%.Amongthem,technologicalprogressisthecoredriving

forceofgrainproduction,andAnhuihascertaininnovativeachievementsingrainproduction.Whenthechangein-

dexoftechnicalefficiencyisfurtherdecomposedintopuretechnologicalprogressindexandscaleefficiencyindex,

itisfoundthatbothpuretechnicalefficiencyandscaleefficiencyhavedecreasedonthewhole,andhaveanegative

impactontechnicalefficiency,andthechangeoftechnicalefficiencyshowsadownwardtrendandconvergeswith

thebasicchangeofpuretechnicalefficiency.Basedontheresultsofthestudy,somesuggestionswereput
