BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性MDL-20610是⼀种强效抗⿐病毒化合物，其半数噬斑抑制浓度(IC1/2)为0.003µg/mL。MDL-20610对⼈、猴

和⽜轮状病毒也具有活性，并且对肠道病毒(enterovirus)和副黏病毒具有不同的活性。MDL-20610可⽤于抗

病毒研究[1]。
