基于波特钻石理论的

中国香蕉产业竞争力分析

摘要：在波特钻石模型框架下，以我国香蕉产业发展现状为立足点，分析了香蕉产业的四

大要素和两个变数。我国香蕉产业在生产能力上位居世界前列，但在生产标准化、存储和流通等

环节竞争力较弱，产业整体在国际市场竞争中处于劣势地位。建议政府和企业在种苗监管、品牌

培育和基础设施建设等方面给予积极的政策支持和引导，进一步提升我国香蕉产业的国际竞争

力。

Abstract:AccordingtotheframeworkofPortersdiamondmodel,thispaperanalyzedthefourmajorfactors

andtwovariablesoftheChina’sbananaindustrybasedonthecurrentdevelopmentsituationofthebananaindustry

inChina.ThestudyshowedthatChinawasattheforefrontoftheworldintermsofproductioncapacityofthe

bananaindustry,butitscompetitivenessinproductionstandardization,storageandcirculationwasrelativelyweak.

Thebananaindustryasawholewasatadisadvantagepositionintheinternationalmarketcompetition.Therefore,

itsuggestedthatthegovernmentandenterprisesshouldgiveactivepolicysupportandguidanceintheseedling

supervision,brandbuilding,infrastructureconstructionandsoon,soastofurtherenhancetheinternational

competitivenessofthebananaindustryinChina.
