BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性NDM-1-IN-12(Compound10c)是⼀种NDM-1⾦属β-内酰胺酶(NDM-1metallo-β-lactamase)抑制剂，其

IC50值为9nM。NDM-1-IN-12有效逆转细菌对β-内酰胺抗⽣素的耐药性，和抗⽣素、SBL抑制剂连⽤后显

⽰出叠加效应。NDM-1-IN-12可⽤于抗多重耐药菌研究。
