BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性Neltenexine是⼀种黏液溶解剂，也是弹性蛋⽩酶(Elastase)抑制剂。Neltenexine通过抑制Na/K/2Cl++−和

Na+/HCO3−共转运蛋⽩对Cl−和HCO3−的摄取来减少⽀⽓管上⽪细胞的阴离⼦分泌，且不阻断CFTR通道

；此外，它还能通过刺激Cl−/HCO3−交换器来减少阴离⼦分泌。Neltenexine能显著预防弹性蛋⽩酶诱导的⼤

⿏模型中的肺⽓肿，并减少肺泡变形。Neltenexine可⽤于慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)等肺部疾病的研究[1]
