生猪产业竞争力评价分析

摘要：文章旨在为促进广东省生猪产业转型升级提供参考。研究选取了2011—2020年中国31个省份（自治

区、直辖市）生猪相关数据，运用SPSS25.0软件，以波特钻石模型理论为研究依据，运用主成分分析法和聚类分

析法对广东省生猪产业竞争力展开研究。结果显示：广东省生猪产业生产要素竞争力排名第8位，需求要素排名

第8位，相关产业和支持产业要素排名第5位，产业战略结构与竞争对手要素排名第27位。广东省生猪产业竞争力

综合竞争力得分排名第5位，聚类分析结果处于第二类，属于竞争力较强类型。此外，广东省生猪产业竞争力主

要影响因素包括公里里程、猪肉产量、猪肉占肉类比值、农村人均可支配收入、人均生产总值、城镇人均可支配

收入、家庭人均猪肉消费。研究表明，根据上述调查结果提出以下建议：推动生产端高效运行释放一线产能；构

建产业体系打造良好的市场竞争环境；强化政府主体责任确保生猪稳产保供；紧抓机遇实现生猪产业跨越式发展。
