359例神经内科药物咨询帕累托图分析

摘要：目的为提高临床药师专业水平和提高药学服务质量、促进临床合理用药提供参考。方法回顾性收集整理

保定市第一中心医院（以下简称“我院”）神经内科2018年7月至2022年10月的药物咨询，对咨询人员、内容

及药物进行分类，利用帕累托图进行主要、次要及一般因素分析。结果共收集359例药物咨询，其中医师咨询

333例（占比92.76%）；咨询药物类别以抗感染药物（74例，占比20.61%）、中枢神经系统药物（67例，占比

18.66%）为主；咨询内容以用法用量（82例，占比22.84%）、药物遴选/药物见比较（65例，占比18.11%）为主。

结论通过对神经内科药物咨询进行帕累托图分析，临床药师加强重点专业知识学习，为医护患提供更精准的药

学服务，促进临床合理用药。
