摘要

宠物猫产业蓬勃发展,所以家猫急性胃肠炎成了常见且高发的消化系统疾病,它病因复杂,现成常规疗法有问题,急需高效安全的办法。这项研究考察家猫急性胃肠炎利用蒙脱石散加益生菌的有效与安全,本研究随机临床观察120例家猫急性胃肠炎,分成常规疗法组,蒙脱石散组以及联合用药组,相比,三组总有效率,症状改善时间以及不良反应。联合用药组总有效率97.5%，显效率84.6%,比另外两组明显更高,平均止吐时间22.1小时,止泻时间36.4小时,明显少。联合用药可以减少蒙脱石散导致的便秘，不良反应少，复发率低（2.5%。本研究证明蒙脱石散联合益生菌是治疗家猫急性胃肠炎高效、安全、经济、易推广的方案，其“物理清除+生物修复”的协同机制标本兼治，具有重要的临床指导意义。

Abstract

Theboomingpetcatindustryhasledtoasurgeinveterinaryclinicaldemands,withfelineacutegastroenteritisemergingasacommonandhighlyprevalentdigestivedisease.Givenitscomplexetiologyandthelimitationsofconventionaltreatments,thereisanurgentneedforeffectiveandsafetherapeuticstrategies.Thisstudyaimedtoevaluatetheefficacyandsafetyofmontmorillonitecombinedwithprobioticsinthetreatmentoffelineacutegastroenteritis.Arandomizedcontrolledclinicalobservationwasconductedon120domesticcatsdiagnosedwithacutegastroenteritis,dividedintoaconventionaltreatmentgroup,amontmorillonitegroup,andacombinedtherapygroup.Theiroverallefficacy,symptomrelieftime,andadversereactionswerecompared.Resultsshowedthatthecombinedtherapygroupachievedsignificantlyhigheroverallefficacy(97.5%)andmarkedefficacy(84.6%)comparedtotheothergroups.Theaveragetimetocessationofvomiting(22.1hours)anddiarrhea(36.4hours)wasalsosignificantlyshortened.Combinedtherapyeffectivelyreducedtheriskofconstipationpotentiallyinducedbymontmorillonitealone,exhibitedfeweradversereactions,andalowerrecurrencerate(2.5%).Thisstudyconfirmsthatthecombineduseofmontmorilloniteandprobioticsisanefficient,safe,economical,andeasilyscalablestrategyfortreatingfelineacutegastroenteritis.Itsphysicalclearance+biologicalrestorationsynergisticmechanismachievesbothsymptomaticreliefandrootcausetreatment,offeringsignificantclinicalguidance.
