残烟线滤芯自动清洁设备双向固定支座的设计

摘要：曲靖卷烟厂成型车间残烟线滤芯清洁设备采用单向固定，存在滤芯固定不牢固、滤芯磨损严重、清洁过程中有安

全隐患等问题。文中设计了一种双向固定支座，采用轴向的柔性定位，便于滤芯的拆装和支撑的稳定。该双向固定支座由被

动支座和主动支座组成，被动支座包含固定盘、带菱形座轴承UCFLU206和压缩弹簧等几个部分。该双向固定支座已应用

于曲靖卷烟厂成型车间的残烟线滤芯自动清洁设备上。使用结果表明，该双向固定支座能大大降低滤芯支座所受的力和弯

矩，减小滤芯清洁时的挠度，防止滤芯在清洁过程中的变形和损伤，提高滤芯使用寿命。

Abstract:ThepreviousfiltercleaningequipmentforthedefectivecigarettesprocesslineintheformingworkshopofQujing

cigarettefactoryusesunidirectionalfixation,thereareissuessuchasunstablefixationofthefilterelement,severewearofthe

filterelement,andsafetyhazardsduringthecleaningprocess.Thispaperdesignsabidirectionalfixedsupportthatadopts

axialflexiblepositioningtofacilitatethedisassemblyandassemblyofthefilterelementandthestabilityofthesupport.The

bidirectionalfixedsupportconsistsofapassivesupportandanactivesupport,andthepassivesupportincludesseveralparts

suchasafixeddisk,abearingUCFLU206withadiamondseat,andacompressionspring.Thebidirectionalfixedsupporthas

beenappliedtotheautomaticcleaningequipmentoftheresidualtobaccolinefilterelementintheformingworkshopof
