3D打印技术对机械制造行业的影响分析

摘要：伴随着社会与科技的飞速发展，各种机械设备层出不穷，给人类的生产、生活提供了巨大的方便。从一开

始的简易工具，到现在的智能化，机械设备已经渗透到了各个领域。但是，由于人们的物质条件不断改善，对各类设备

的需求也在不断增加。如今，人们更加倾向于选择价廉物美的产品，这也促使我国企业不断探索新技术，以满足市场需求。

在这其中，3D打印技术得到了大力发展和应用。相较于传统的机加工减材模式，3D打印技术具有明显的优势。其能够

更好地节约原材料，降低产品成本。

Abstract：Withtherapiddevelopmentofsocietyandtechnology,variousmechanicalequipmenthasemergedone

afteranother,providinggreatconvenienceforhumanproductionandlife.Fromsimpletoolsatthebeginningtointelligence

now,mechanicalequipmenthaspenetratedintovariousfields.However,duetothecontinuousimprovementofpeoples

materialconditions,thedemandforvarioustypesofequipmentisalsoincreasing.Nowadays,peoplearemoreinclinedto

chooseproductsthatarecost-effectiveandofgoodquality,whichalsopromptsChineseenterprisestocontinuouslyexplore

newtechnologiestomeetmarketdemand.Amongthem,3Dprintingtechnologyhasbeenvigorouslydevelopedandapplied.

Comparedtotraditionalmachiningandmaterialreductionmodes,3Dprintingtechnologyhassignificantadvantages.Itcan

bettersaverawmaterialsandreduceproductcosts.
