摘要：核设备设计受诸多条件约束，采用侧壁开孔加强圈角焊连接的结构很常见。当对此类结构进行有限元应力分析时

经常会遇到如下困扰1)是否有必要考虑简体与加强圈之间的接触．2)使用当量球壳等效该非对称结构是否会过分保守。

文中详细比较了采用二维接触／非接触模型以及二维／三维模型的应力分析结果。结果表明对侧壁开孔结构加强圈区域的

接触只在其附近存在有限影响，应力分析中可不考虑筒体外侧与加强圈内侧的接触。而采用当量球壳等效简化此类非对

称结构进行应力分析有时会过度保守。
