Abstract

Asareserveforceandresourceforregisteredmuseums,thecultivationanddevelopmentofQuasiMuseumholdsignificant

importanceinadvancingtheconstructionofBeijingsMuseumCity.Throughfieldresearch,thisarticleexaminestheissuesfacing

BeijingsQuasiMuseumintermsoflocationdistribution,museumquality,socialimpact,constructionmechanismsand

managementmodes,professionaltalent,innovationlevels,andfundingguarantees.Itisrecommendedtoimplementmeasures

suchasstrengtheningtop-leveldesign,enhancingresourceutilization,augmentingpolicysupport,andencouragingbroadsocial

participationtofosterthehealthyandorderlydevelopmentoftheseQuasiMuseumsinstitutionsinBeijing.

摘要：作为备案博物馆的“后备军”和“蓄水池”，“类博物馆”的培育和发展对推动北京“博物馆之城”的建设具有

重要意义。通过实地调研，本文探讨了北京“类博物馆”在位置分布、办馆质量及社会影响、建设机制及管理模式、专

业人才及创新水平、资金保障等方面的问题。建议采取强化顶层设计、促进资源挖潜利用、加大政策支持力度、引导社

会广泛参与等措施促进北京地区“类博物馆”健康有序发展。

引言

2020年4月发布的《北京市推进全国文化中心建设中长期规划（2019—2035年）》指出，北京市要打
