四足教具机器人机构设计及运动仿真

摘要:

机器人教育的意义十分重要,设计一款结构简单合理、趣味十足、使用和维护容易的教具机器人必不可缺。以积木

拼插类为主,面向受众年龄偏低、初入门的学生,以展现机械原理为基础,由电动机驱动齿轮机构进行传动,利用普通简单

的连杆机构模拟四足行走,完成机器人行走的动作。通过改变齿轮类型从而改变四足机器人的行走步态。利用SolidWorks

完成四足机器人的建模和组装,并进行了行走步态的模拟,验证了设计的可行性。

Abstract:Thesignificanceofroboteducationisveryimportant.Itisindispensabletodesignateachingairobotwith

simpleanreasonablestructure,fullinterestaneasyuseanmaintenance.Itmainlyfocusesonbuildingblocksplicing,

anisaimeattheyoungerannovicestudents.Onthebasisofshowingthemechanicalprinciple,themotordrivesthe

gearmechanismfortransmission,anusestheordinaryansimpleconnectingromechanismtosimulatequadrupe

walkingtocompletetheactionofrobotwalking.Thewalkinggaitofquadruperobotischangebychangingthetypeof

gear.ThemodelinganassemblyofquadruperobotarecompletebySolidWorks,anthewalkinggaitissimulateto

verifythefeasibilityofthedesign.
