摘 要人工智能技术的迅速发展引发算法透明度、公平性、隐私保护等方面的伦理探讨，同时人工智能技术的

工具属性使其无法作为伦理主体进行规范，在实际应用中面临伦理安全风险和安全问题。从标准化视角分析人

工智能发展与应用过程中面临的伦理挑战，指出伦理的文化依赖性和多样性使得标准化工作难以统一。进一步

通过文件梳理和跨学科视角研究，提出从人类社会的伦理共识出发，结合具体应用案例进行研究，并在解决关

键伦理安全问题的基础上逐步推进标准化工作，为构建更加完善的人工智能伦理标准体系提供理论依据和实践 

支持。

Abstract:Therapiddevelopmentofartificialintelligencetechnologyhassparkedethicaldiscussionsonalgorithm

transparency,fairness,privacyprotection,andotheraspects.Atthesametime,theinstrumentalnatureofartificial

intelligencetechnologymakesitimpossibletoregulateasanethicalsubject,anditfacesethicalandsecurityrisksand

issuesinpracticalapplications.Thispaperanalyzestheethicalchallengesfacedduringthedevelopmentandapplicationof

artificialintelligencefromastandardizationperspective,pointingoutthattheculturaldependenceanddiversityofethics

makestandardizationeffortsdifficulttounify.Inresponse,thepapersuggeststhatresearchshouldbeginfromtheethical

consensusofhumansociety,combinedwithspecificapplicationcasesthroughdocumentanalysisandinterdisciplinary
