美托洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗室性心律失常患者的效果分析

摘要目的：分析美托洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗室性心律失常患者的效果分析。方法：选取2021年12月—2024年12月贵

航集团三〇二医院心血管内科收治的室性心律失常患者80例，依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组

给予胺碘酮治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合美托洛尔治疗。比较两组心率震荡、心功能指标、心脏标志物水平、不良事件

及复发情况。结果：治疗后，观察组心率震荡初始值、心率震荡斜率值高于对照组（P＜0.001）；治疗后，观察组心率、室性期前收

缩次数低于对照组（P＜0.001），最小QT间期高于对照组（P＜0.001）；治疗后，观察组血清N末端脑钠肽前体、肌酸激酶同工酶水

平低于对照组（P＜0.001）；两组不良事件总发生率比较，无统计学差异（P＞0.05）；观察组复发率低于对照组（P=0.043）。结

论：美托洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗室性心律失常效果较好，可有效改善患者心率震荡与心功能指标，降低其心脏标志物水平，且安

全性良好。
