2010 年10 月 应用 经验 Application Experiences 总第191 期 Excel 不重复型随机数在考试考场 分配中的应用 张玲玲 （黑龙江司法警官职业学院 哈尔滨 150060） 摘 要 为独立高效解决社会考生考场公平分配问题，在只使用常用办公软件Excel 的前提下，提出一种有效的操作方法。通过随 机因子控制平均分配的随机性的思路完成功能需求。充分利用Excel 函数库资源，借助RAND 函数可以构造出相邻重复、间隔重 复、完全不重复的随机数，由于每个考生的考场号和座位号具有唯一性，避免重复便成为关键问题。然而随机数的构造方法多样， 产生完全不重复型随机数亦需技巧。[1] 利用Excel 函数方法构造不重复型随机数，针对随机数的产生结果是否重复的问题利用数 组公式法加以检测验证，最终将其应用到社会考试考场分配中。该操作方法不但能节省编制功能软件的开支，而且能够提高工作 效率。 关键词 Excel 随机数 不重复 考场分配 中图分类号TP392 文献标识码 B 文章编号100916- 5541 The Application of Excel on Non- repeatability Random Number in Distribution of the Test Examination Hall Zhang Lingling （Vocational College of Judicial Police Officer Harbin 150060） Abstract On the prerequisite for only Excel used to the common office software, to solve the fair distribution issues in- dependently and effectively for the social examinees in examination hall, an effective operation method is suggested.
