The key to success is to enhance the teacher’s quality. Normal Universities have the responsibility for training the secondary school teachers. However,the teachers’ talents in Normal School can not reach the requirements which the secondary school education need; one of the most prominent problems is that graduates’ teaching skills are poor. So, we have to enhance the future teachers’ quality, especially, the teaching ability. Each department in Normal School set up a branch course to cultivate the students’ teaching abilities and teaching skills. Although this course focuses on the cultivation of students’ teaching skill, the students have little chance to practice as a teacher, therefore training result is not satisfying, especially about the students’ teaching skill. It can not be suited for the requirements of middle school education. The problem is how to deal with it? Along with the development of science and technology, information technology is widely used in teaching areas. A new teaching method is gradually formed-microteaching. Microteaching is built on the basis of modern technology, modern teaching theory, and it is a systematic training for the students’ basic skills, which has made use of modern audio-visual equipment and technical training for the students. With the application of microteaching, the students’ teaching skill can be developed.? II. Microteaching A. The Definition of Microteaching Microteaching is organized practice teaching. The goal is to give instructors confidence, support, and feedback by letting them try out among colleagues a short slice of what they plan to do with their students. While microteaching can take place at any time in the semester, it is usually most effective when done before the first day of class, and when
