Assessing the service needs and expections of the students about the bathroom Number:Virsago;Mike;Xue;Lei;Ni Introduction Shanghai Business School is built in 1950,it’s previous incarnation is Shanghai Business Vocational Technology School.The school’s bathroom is located behind the canteen.In Shanghai Business School,there are many people using the bathroom everyday.Now,we have done a report about the bathroom’s service. Intention Some problems of the bathroom’s service was found out since 2009,and some problems has been improved now.Now we have done report to see whether some new problems appeared. Current situation analysis Service standards and criteria Establishment: The equipments must keep good. The water’s temperature must be controllable. The bathroom must be equipped with clapboards. The floor should be equipped with antiskid. The cabinet must have locks to protect students property. Service: The workers must prepare one-off slippers The workers must prepare turkish towels.8.The cleaners must keep the environment and cabinets clean. The officals must put on notices to inform students to avoid slipping down. Customer needs analysis 1.Students want clean environment and good equipments. 2.Students want to control the temperature of water by themselves. 3.They want to have clapboards to protect their intimity and bar the splash water. 4.The bathroom must has antiskid to reduce the hurts of slipping. 5.They want to have safe cabinets with locks. 6.They want one-off slippers so that they can change their shoes easily. 7.They want to use turkish towels. The Environment Sanitation Policies Carry out the The Policies of Sanitation Administation in Public in earnest. Clean the bathroom,bathing box,toilet and so on everyday. Sprinkling disfinector in the bathroom termly,clean the tile’s dirt thoroughly every month. The officals must do their personal hygiene well.
