特大型高炉热风炉技术的比较分析 钱世崇 张福明 李 欣 银光宇 毛庆武 胡祖瑞 （北京首钢国际工程技术有限公司，北京 100043 ） 3 3 摘 要 本文主要针对 5000m 级别大型高炉的高风温热风炉技术进行技术比较分析，选择 5000m 级别大型高炉的 设计实例，在风温、风量、燃烧介质等热风炉设计参数相同的同口径条件下，对 Didier 外燃式热风炉和顶燃式热风 炉进行本体表面积和表面积散热比较，同时通过数值模拟分析，比较这两种热风炉的高温烟气速度分布、高温烟气 流场分布、格子砖顶面温度分布，为大型高炉热风炉形式的合理选择提供建设性建议。通过比较分析，顶燃式热风 炉技术是目前高风温热风炉技术发展的趋势，顶燃式热风炉的本体结构技术、流场热传输技术较其它形式热风炉具 有明显优点，对于大型高炉采用顶燃式热风炉技术可以取得可观经济效益。1 关键词 大型高炉 热风炉 技术分析 Technology Comparison on Hot Blast Stove of the Ultra-large Blast Furnace Qian Shichong Zhang Fuming Li Xin Yin Guangyu Mao Qingwu Hu Zurui （Beijing Shougang International Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing ，100043） 3 Abstract In this paper, the author compares and analyzes the technology of hot blast stove for 5000m grade blast furnace, selects a design example of 5000m3 grade blast furnace, compares the body surface area and surface area heat dissipation of Didier external- combustion stove and top-combustion stove at the same conditions of design parameters such as the blast temperature, blast volume, combustion gas etc. Through simulation analysis, the high temperature flue gas velocity distribution, high temperature gas flow field distribution and checker brick top surface temperature distribution for Didier external-combustion stove and top-combustion stove is compared, in order to provide constructive suggestions for reasonable selection of hot blast stove technology.
