To effectively improve the existing enterprise personne l management, and the information management efficiency of improving wages for workers, assessment, incentives, a personnel management s ystem is developed. This paper discusses the technical methods, gene ral design, detailed design and system implementation of the personn el management system. This system is developed as a stand-alone vers ion of the personnel management system by a powerful development too l Visual Basic6.0.
