  湖北省可持续发展的综合评价 吕亚梅，刘晓娥** （武汉理工大学理学院，武汉 430070） 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 摘要：自 20 世纪 80 年代，可持续协调发展的概念得到全面阐述以来，人与自然可持续协调 发展问题一直是全球性的热门问题之一，人们愈加重视人与自然的可持续协调发展。中国更 是将人与自然可持续发展作为一项长远的战略目标给予重视。新世纪以来，湖北省的经济发 展取得了显著成绩，但也面临着严峻的挑战。本文根据《湖北省统计年鉴-2011》等的最新 统计数据，运用主成分分析法，从人口、资源、环境、经济与社会五个方面，来探讨湖北省 的可持续发展状况以及变化趋势。最后根据本文得出的结论为湖北省的发展提出相关的建 议，以促进湖北省未来的可持续协调发展。 关键词：湖北省；可持续协调发展；主成分分析法 中图分类号：O29 Comprehensive evaluation of Hubei Sustainable Development LV Yamei, LIU Xiaoe (College of Science, Wuhan University of Technology, WuHan 430070) Abstract: Since the 1980s, the concept of sustainable development gets full explanation, the problem of sustainable development between the human and the nature has been always a global hot topic, and we pay more and more attention to sustainable development between the human and the nature. China takes sustainable development between the human and the nature as a long-term strategic objective.Since the new century, Hubei province has made remarkable achievements about economic development, but faced severe challenges. In this paper, according to the latest statistical data in “Hubei province statistical yearbook - 2011” and so on, using principal component analysis method to explore the Hubei province sustainable development status and changing trend from five aspects: population, resources, environment, economy and social. Finally, according to the conclusion in this paper, we will put forward related suggestions about the development of Hubei province in order to promote the sustainable development of Hubei province in the future. Keywords: Hubei Province; Coordinated and Sustainable Development; Principal Component Analysis Method 0 引言 湖北省位于中国的中部，有着较好的区域优势，土地面积是 18.59 万平方公里，水资源、 矿产资源储量丰富，森林覆盖率为 31%，动植物种类繁多。2010 年，湖北省的地区生产总 值 15806.09 亿元，比上年增长 14.8%，全省的经济得到了平稳较快的增长[1]。在地区生产总 值构成中，第一产业完成的生产总值是 2147 亿元，第二产业完成生产总值是 7764.24 亿元， 第三产业完成的生产总值是 6053.37 亿元。三次产业生产总值所占的比重由 1978 年的 40.5:42.2:17.3 调整为 2010 年的 13.4∶48.7∶37.9。与 1978 年相比，第一产业的比重下降了 27.1 个百分点，第二产业
