欧盟东扩对中欧贸易发展的影响分析 摘 要 2004年5月1日，欧盟东扩,成员国由原来的 15 个扩大到 25 个。欧盟东扩 后，欧盟首次取代日本成为中国第一大贸易伙伴。欧盟东扩无疑给当今世界政治 经济格局带来重大影响, 同时,也给中国与欧盟的经济贸易发展带来深远影响。欧 盟东扩使中国与欧盟经贸关系既面临新的机遇，也受到严峻挑战。欧盟东扩同时 也为中国企业带来巨大商机,有利于进一步扩大双边经贸往来，同时有助于我国 “走出去”战略的实施，从而提升双方工商界合作的水平。但短期内可能会对中 国部分产品出口和利用外资带来一些不利影响，针对欧盟东扩给中欧贸易发展带 来的一系列影响，本文从欧盟东扩的概况，东扩前后中欧贸易发展的情况比较， 以及进一步加强中欧贸易发展的对策等几个方面进行了分析。 关键词：欧盟东扩;贸易保护主义；中欧贸易发展；影响；对策 I 欧盟东扩对中欧贸易发展的影响分析 Abstract EU has been extended to the east from original numbers of 15 to 25 on May 1st 2004. After the EU eastward expansion , EU replaced Japan and become the biggest trading partner of China first time. Undoubtly, EU eastward extension to east has exerted great influence on today`s world politic and economic pattern, and the trade development between China and EU as well. EU`s extension provides the two parties with new opportunities of economic corporation, and brings them challenges at the same time. Meanwhile, EU`s extension brings new business opportunities to Chinese enterprises for them for their development, which is helpful to enhancing the trade exchange between them, and the exerting of “walking out ” strategies so as to improve trade cooperation in industrial and commercial fields, however, EU`s extension has some negative impact on Chinese export of some products and utility of foreign investment. As for the influet on trade development between EU and China brought by EU`s extension, the author analysed the issue with starting form the brief introduction of EU`s extension to east, compared trade development before and after the extension, and works out some counterplans for strengthening the trade between two parties.
