中石化进行国际化经营的策略研究 摘 要 石油石化产品作为重要的战略资源，关系着国民经济和社会发展，维系国家 安全。随着我国石油对外依存度的不断上升，我国石油石化行业为了维护国家经 济稳定和石油安全就应该尽可能多地获得海外石油资源，分享国际油气资源，所 以，作为石油战略性产业的主力军，走出国门，实现国际化经营，就成了中国石 油石化行业拓宽生存空间、谋求竞争优势的必然选择。本文主要着眼于中石化的 国际化经营，分析了中石化国际化经营的必然性和目前国际化经营现状的不足； 通过概述和归纳世界主要石油石化公司国际化经营的特点，并根据中石化的具体 情况借鉴世界石油石化公司进行国际化经营的经验，提出了中石化实施国际化经 营战略的十项策略建议。 关键词：中石化，国际化经营，策略分析 I 中石化进行国际化经营的策略研究 Abstract As the important strategic resources, the petroleum and petrochemical products are essential to national economy, social development and security of our country. As the supply of the petroleum in our country can not satisfy the domestic demand, the petroleum and petrochemical industry should utilize the overseas petroleum resources as many as possible, and share international oil gas resources in order to safeguard the national economic stability and petroleum safety. This thesis focused mainly on the international operation of Sinopec, and analyzed the possibility and the deficiency of international operation of Sinopec in operation at present. The thesis summed up the international operation characteristic of some leading multinational petroleum and petrochemical corporation .By summering the experience of the international operation of those leading corporations, the author worked out some counter-plans for international operation strategies of Sinopec.
