摘 要 2l世纪是信息化飞速发展的时代，通过利用先进的计算机技术、网络通讯技术、综合布线技术、无线技术，将与家居生活有关的各种子系统，有机地结合在一起，使智能化远程控制家居的设想成为可能。所谓的智能家居指的是通过综合采用先进的计算机、通信和控制技术，建立一个由家庭安全防护系统、网络服务系统和家庭自动化系统组成的家庭综合服务与管理集成系统，从而实现全面的安全防护、便利的通讯网络。 本文完成了一个基于公共电话网的家用电器控制系统。它以单片机AT89C51为核心，附加振铃检测电路、摘挂机控制电路、DTMF信号收发电路、语音电路、键盘显示电路、监控复位电路。再结合相应的软件设计，实现了家用电器的远程控制和报警功能。此系统主要研究如何通过电话网与单片机控制器来监控家中的各种家用电器；详细的阐述了DTMF信号的接收和解码原理、接收电路芯片MT8870的应用以及通过电话来控制家电时，语音提示电路语音提示信号提示呼叫者如何操作，达到远程控制家用电器工作状态的目的。 利用公用电话网实现对家用电器的远程控制与常规的遥控方式相比，不需进行专门的布线，不占用无线电频率资源，避免了电磁污染。同时，由于电话线路各地联网，可以充分利用现有的电话网，因此遥控距离可跨省市，使用简单、方便。 关键字: PSTN；DTMF；语音提示；远程控制  Abstract With the application of advanced computer technology, network communication technology, cabling technology and wireless technology, various home lives—related subsystems can be combined and the idea ofintelligent remote control of home are enabled. By using the combination of advanced computer, communications and control technology, intelligent home means to establish a family management system of integrated services, including home security system, network services system and home automation system. Comprehensive security protection and facilitation the communication network can be achieved by the intelligent home system． A public telephone network—based intelligent home control system is established in this study. It AT89C51 microcontroller as the core, additional ringing detection circuit, hook control circuit, DTMF signal transceiver circuit, the voice circuit, display circuit keyboard, monitor reset circuit.
