摘 要 外汇储备是指一国政府或货币当局持有的可兑换的外国货币及外币金融资产。随着中国经济的不断发展和国际贸易的不断深入，中国的外汇储备急剧增长，2006年超过日本成为全球第一。截止2010年底，我国外汇储备已达2.8473亿美元。日本同样是一个外汇储备大国，但是日本的外汇储备不但没有给他们的经济造成负面影响，反而带来较好的投资回报。因此，通过比较中日两国外汇储备的有关内容，借鉴日本外汇储备管理方面的经验和教训，对管理我国外汇储备具有重要的现实意义。 本文将从外汇储备的有关内容以及中日两国外汇储备的现状入手，进而分析了中日两国在外汇储备管理方面的不同，分别从外汇储备的总量管理，货币币种和资产结构以及外汇管理体系四方面进行比较，从而根据中日两国的比较结果，借鉴日本外汇储备的一些管理经验和教训，总结出我国在外汇储备管理方面的一些建议对策。 关键词：外汇储备,中日比较,外汇管理 ABSTRACT Foreign exchange reserves are a government held by the convertible foreign currency and foreign currency financial assets. With the continuously development of Chinese economy and the deepening of international trade, Chinese foreign exchange reserves have been growing fast, which has been ranked to first in the world in 2006, As the end of 2010, Chinese foreign exchange reserves reached 2.8473 billion U.S. dollars. Japan also has a great power reserves, and not so adversely affect the Japanese economy, but to bring a better return from investment. By comparing Chinese and Japanese foreign exchange reserves management, and learning from the Japanese foreign exchange reserves management experience and lessons, the management of foreign exchange reserves has important practical significance. In this paper, first we learn from the contents of foreign exchange reserves and role in the present situation of Japanese foreign exchange reserves and Chinese foreign exchange reserves, Then analysis the different between Chinese and Japanese foreign exchange reserves management, which compare among the total amount of foreign exchange reserves management, monetary currency, asset structure and foreign exchange management system. Thus based on the comparison between China and Japan, learn some of Japanese foreign exchange reserves management experience and lessons, summed up Chinese foreign exchange reserves management suggestions and the countermeasures.
