From the Entity Think－tank to the Virtual Think－tank

Abstract :In the background of knowledge society ，the traditional politics is being replaced by the modern political wisdom.
Accordingly ，the traditional entity think－tank cannot adapt to the modern political wisdom era. Therefore ，how to reform the traditional
think－tank becomes an important proposition. Based on this problem ，the paper systemally analyzes the evolution of traditional think－
tank ，and points out its function limitations. On this basis ，the paper puts forward the concept of electronic think－tank and constructs
the basic model. Finally ，the paper constructs the system and mechanism from the perspective of practical operation.
