Methods Analyze the role of knowledge management for upgrading the competitiveness of pharmaceutical enterprises and propose suggestions to deal with the difficulties encountered in the knowledge management practice in our pharmaceutical enterprises. Results and Conclusion China’s pharmaceutical enterprises should create a platform for knowledge sharing, enhance human resource management, establish knowledge protection mechanisms, and promote the introduction, accumulation and innovation of knowledge, so that knowledge management can play a better role in enhancing the competitiveness of pharmaceutical enterprises.
