摘 要 随着计算机技术和通信技术的高速发展，网络已经深入到人们日常生活的 各个方面，办公自动化程度也已经成为衡量一个社会文明程度的重要标准之一。 随着我国教育事业的蓬勃发展和教育体制改革的不断深入，高校日常管理的工 作效率问题越来越受到教育界所重视。办公自动化系统在高校日常管理中的应 用可以大大改善高校的教学、科研与日常教学管理的基础环境。一套好的办公 自动化软件是提高学校管理工作效率的关键。 本论文旨在从管理的角度解决如何设计与实施高校办公自动化系统。全文 共分为7个部分，第1部分分析了高校实施办公自动化系统的必要性及可行性； 第 2 部分提出了高校办公自动化系统的建设步骤及措施；第 3 部分介绍了办公 自动化的相关理论；第 4 部分指出了如何加强办公自动化系统中电子文件的管 理；第 5 部分提出了办公自动化系统实施中容易遇到的问题及对策；第 6 部分 介绍了北京第二外国语学院办公自动化系统；结尾部分提出了发展前景。 关键词: 高校；办公自动化系统；电子文件 1 Abstract Internet has penetrated into almost every aspect of our daily life with the rapid development of computer science and communication technology. Office automation has become one of the criteria to measure the level of civilization of society. The prosperity of education causes and the deepening of educational system reform makes the work efficiency of daily management in universities and colleges focus of attention. The application of office automation in daily management will greatly improve the basic environment of teaching, learning, and research conduction. Thus a set of office automation system of good quality is the key essence to promote high efficiency in university’s management. In the view of management aspect, this thesis focuses on how to design and apply the office automation system in university. Firstly, the foreword analyses the necessity and feasibility of building up an office automatic system. The second refers to the steps of constructing and pushing office automation forward.
