要 独立学院是在高等教育大众化大潮的推动下，在社会主义初级阶段的土壤中 生长出来的一种新的高等教育办学模式，从1999 年在浙江、江苏等地产生以来， 得到了蓬勃发展，成为当前高等教育改革的一个热点。独立学院既拥有公办高校 的优秀教育资源，又吸纳了社会资金力量，对促进高等教育规模的增长和扩大高 等教育资源、协调公办高等教育与民办高等教育的发展起到了一定的积极作用。 但独立学院自身在发展过程中也存在很多问题，有些问题还趋向尖锐化。本文试 图文献综述后，通过文献法、历史法、调查法，力求对这种办学模式发展的过程 作一个较为全面的研究，对其产生、发展的过程和原因、发展的现状、对社会的 影响以及存在问题进行剖析，从而解释独立学院存在的合理性并提出解决问题的 对策。 关键词：独立学院 问题 对策 1 Abstract The independent college is a kind of new higher education which grows out in the soil of the socialism entry-level stage under the push of the big tide of the popularization of higher education. It has got a booming development ever since it emerged in Zhej iang and Jiangsu ...etc. in 1999, and has become a high-light of the current higher educational reforms. The independent college owns excellent educational resources of the public college and absorbs the strength from the social funds. It raises certain positive effect to the promotion of the scale of the growth and the extension of the higher education resources as well as the coordination between the public higher education and the voluntary higher education. But the independent college also exists a lot of problems during the period of developing with itself. Some problems still incline to aggravate. This text tries to put on an overall research to the developing process of this college mode and carry an analysis to the cause and process of its produce and developing, the development of present condition, the influence to the society along with the problems which still exist. By doing so, it explains the rationality that the independent college contains, thus puts forward a counterplan to solve the problem. Keywords: independent college problem coun
