The structure model of the enterprises needs to be redesigned to meet the demand of clients of various investment subj ects and to adjust to the complicated and changeable market environment. As a result, theoretic value as well as operational significance is obtainable to make a study on the design of organizational structure of large engineering design and consultancy enterprises.
