要 金融作为现代经济的核心，在各国经济发展中发挥了重要的枢纽作用和“推 动力”作用。伴随着世界经济一体化发展，金融内在于经济的深度和广度日趋明 显，金融在经济发展中的“推动力”作用逐渐演变为金融的主动性和先导性作用， 没有金融的持续支持和推动，经济可持续发展 会受阻。同样地，农村经济要能 够得到持续健康发展，农村金融的发展和支持是关键。二元经济结构下，农村金 融市场作为农村金融的核心。发展水平直接关系着农村金融的发展深度和水平， 农村金融对农村经济的先导性和推动力作用首要通过农村金融市场的金融交易， 农村金融资金才能最终作用于农村实体经济，推动农村物质产品的再生产过程。 没有健全的农村金融市场，就不可能有发达的农村金融，也就谈不上农村金融支 持农村经济的发展，此时，农村经济和金融 会陷入持续的衰减状态。因此，积 极培育农村金融市场，实现农村金融市场的健康成长，发展壮大农村金融，对于 促进农村经济可持续发展具有重要的战略意义。 本文以小见大，从赣州市于都县中行开拓农村金融市场的策略研究出发，既 有一定的实际指导作用，又可以从一 横截面上，给我们大家展示出农村金融市 场的现状和存在的问题。 无论站在何种角度，采用什么方法研究农村金融市场问题，都是为了寻求解 决农村金融市场的问题，消除城乡二元金融格局，实现城乡金融协调发展。 【关键字】：农村金融市场 于都县金融市场环境 SWOT 分析 发展策 略 1 Abstract Finance， as a core of modern economy， plays an important hub and promoting role in the economic development of all countries. With the development of world economic integration，the depth and breadth of finance within economy is increasingly clear. The promoting role which finance played has changed into the initiative and guiding one. Without the continued support and promotion from finance ， the sustainable economic development will be blocked. Namely ， the support and promotion from rural economy is the key to its sustainable and healthy development. Under the dual economy construction， the rural finance market acts as the core of its finance. As a result ， the level of the market development has direct effect on the depth and breadth of rural finance development. Only through deals in rural finance market and rural finance funds， the guiding and promoting effects from rural finance could be made on the rural entity economy. And only in this way it could promote the process of the reproduction of material products in rural areas. Without healthy rural financial market ， there won t be developed rural financ
