要 随着我国加入世界贸易组织和经济全球化进程的加快，越来越多的中国企业 开始走向国际市场。然而，在进军国际市场、分享国外市场的同时，他们也面临 着来自国际同行的激烈竞争以及市场 各种各样难以预料的风险。为了让中国的 出口企业更加放心的走出国门，中国的出口信用保险事业应运而生。经过近20 年 的发展，中国出口信用保险公司已经取得了喜人的发展。安徽省作为中西部欠发 达地区，出口信用保险开展情况相对不错，在支持安徽省外贸出口上起到了良好 的促进作用。但毋庸置疑，和发达国家相比，安徽省乃至全中国的出口信用保险 业仍存在很多不足。 本文回顾了国内外和安徽省出口信用保险的发展历程,阐述了出口信用保险 对安徽省经济的促进作用，分析了安徽省乃至中国出口信用保险业现有的不足， 并针对性地探讨了其在未来的工作重点和发展策略，希望可以 出口信用保险从 业人员参考，又可作为我国广大出口企业了解出口信用保险的窗口。 关键词：出口信用保险 促进 发展思路 1 Abstract Along with the China government speeds up the process of joining World Trade Organization and economic globalization, more and more China enterprises have entered into international market. However, at the same time of sharing international market, these enterprises have to face the fierce competition from international competitors and all kinds of unpredictable risks in the market. In order to ensure China enterprises export without worries, the business of export credit insurance was born in China just in time. After near about 20 years development, China Export Credit Insurance Corporation has much encouraging achievements. In An Hui province, which is one of the under-developed region located in the eastern of China, the business of export credit insurance is developed better relatively and has brought a good support to its export. But no doubt, there are still a lot of shortages of the export credit insurance not just in An Hui province, but in whole China, which is compared with the developed countries. This article gives an overview of the development process of export credit insurance at home and abroad as well as that in An Hui province, expanding the functions of export credit insurance to the economics of An Hui province, analyzing the deficiency
