论 文 摘 要 新疆作为少数民族地区，职业教育发展速度和水平较发达地区偏低，通过跨区域 职业教育的合作办学，有助于新疆引进区外优质教育资源，更新办学理念，提高办学水 平和办学质量，培养应用性、适应性人才，通过教育推动新疆少数民族地区的社会经济 发展。本文通过对新疆职业教育合作办学的意义和作用的阐述，对合作模式的分析及对 新疆职业教育跨区域合作中存在问题的认识，提出解决办法及对下一步发展做一思考。 全文主要分为四个部分： 第一部分：叙述本论文的研究意义、研究内容及方法，对文献进行全面综述并对 相关概念进行明确界定。 第二部分：对新疆职业教育跨区域合作办学的现状调查结果进行了全面陈述，并 对目前存在的主要模式进行了归纳总结，重点介绍了每种模式的特点和运行方式。 第三部分：对新疆职业教育跨区域合作办学开展较成功的两所职业院校进行了个 案研究，分别梳理了两所学校的合作办学起因、办学模式、存在问题及对策，并做了相 关评述。 第四部分：重点论述了新疆职业教育跨区域合作的问题、成因及对策，主要包括： 政府协调支持、教育经费的解决、招生、教学条件和师资及学生管理五个方面。 关键词：新疆职业教育 合作办学 研究 ABSTRACT Xinjiang is minority region, compared with the developed region, the speed and level of vocational education is lower, the vocational education of going beyond the district and jointly running a school can help to introduce the advanced education resource, to renew the thoughts of running a school, to improve the level and quality of running a school, to develop the applied talent to promote the development of economy and society. The author expounds the significance and function of the vocational education in Xinjiang and jointly running a school, sums up the modals of jointly running a school, gives the related solutions and thoughts on the problems of cooperation of the Xinjiang vocational education of going beyond the district.
