摘 要 在信息化高度发展的今天,人们的日常生活及工作与计算机网络结合得越来 越紧密。随着计算机网络技术的快速发展，B/S网络架构已经非常广泛地应用到 了当今诸多行业，如基于WEB的远程教育信息管理系统、机票预订系统、网上购 物系统等。但在目前国内各级各类学校中，很难找到一套较为成熟的，基于WEB 的应用于教学评估领域的教师绩效考核系统，即使有也会在功能上存在一些不 足，不能全面和客观地反映教师的教学质量和教学水平。 基于以上问题，经过与所在学院的领导和师生进行充分沟通，综合分析教师 在教学工作中的需求，本文以ASP.net技术为基础，以Visual Studio 2008技 术为开发平台，设计与实现一个基于B/S的教师绩效考核系统。 本考核系统使用人员有三种：全校在读所有学生、各教学系系主任及考核系 统的管理员。主要包含的功能模块有：用户管理、系统初始化、教学评估、行政 评估、数据统计和查询及打印等。 本文从指标体系的需求研究、系统设计、主要功能模块的实现三个主要部分 来详细阐述系统开发的整个过程。将目前较成熟的计算机网络技术应用于一个全 新的教学管理领域，极大地减少了耗材开销和人力，提高了教学管理事务处理速 度，实现了真正的无纸化办公，提高了学校的教学管理水平。 【关键词】ASP.net；B/S网络架构；教师绩效考核 【论文类型】应用研究 Abstract Nowadays, the world has become a highly-informationized one, in which people’s daily life and work is combining more and more closely with the computer network.Along with the fast development of the network technology, the B/S network framework has beenwidely employed into a number of industries, such as the remote education system based on the WEB information management system, the flight reservation system, and the online shopping system. However, in schools, it is still hard to find a well-developed performance appraisal system that is based on WEB. The ones available at the moment need further improvement in functions, which fail toreflect the teaching quality andteaching level profoundly and objectively. On account of the above problems, the author of this thesis communicated with the leaders, colleagues, and students of the school he is working in, and analyzed the needs of the teachers in their work. Based on the ASP.net technology and Visual Studio 2008 technology, this thesis designed and completed a performance appraisal system with thebasis of the B/Sframework.
