ABSTRACT ABSTRACT AABBSSTTRRAACCTT st In21 century,withthehighspeeddevelopmentofinformationtechnology, Mankindisfacingtheknowledgeimpacttakenbybooks,newspapers,magazinesand theInternet.Accordingly,themethod,bywhichtogain,collect,andprocessthe information,shouldkeeppacewiththetimes.Theageneedsustostudyandimprove readingmethodsearnestly.Oneofthemshouldbegraspedisthespeedreading,which meansreadingfastandeffectively.Thespeedreadingnotonlyasksinthetimefast, butfocusesonthequality,onekindofpositiveandcreativeunderstandingprocess. Fromthearticleitcanextractusefulinformationrapidly. ThisthesissobjectivecarriesontheabilitytrainingofChinesespeedreadingat elementarystage.Itwillhelptheelementarystudenttograspsomespeedreading methods,enrichthewayofwithdrawinginformation,andenhancethesummary abilityfromcombiningspeedreadingwithperusal.Thestudyisdividedfourparts.
