It i s shown t hat yo ga exerci se can remarkably imp rove st udent s ’bo dy figure , enhance t heir function s of respiratory sy st em and circulatory sy st em ,t heir bo dy flexibilit y and t he ca p acit y of balance ;it may al so p romot e and regulat e t heir ment al healt h . The exp eriment of yo ga cour se p roves t hat it i s fea sible and p ractical to st art up yo ga cour se in Chinese uni ver sities and it i s of reali stic and farreaching significance .
