中文摘要 专业镇作为产业集聚的产物，是广东省产业集群的重要表现形式，其经济总量占到全 省GDP 的50%以上。改革开放后大批工业专业镇的成长和成熟，是广东省能在三十年里保 持经济高速增长、成长为“世界工厂”的强大推动力。随着传统相对优势的弱化、国际市 场的波动，广东省工业专业镇已进入调整升级阶段，而创新是推动专业镇发展的源动力。 面临严峻形势和重大挑战，从区域创新环境视角研究其对广东省工业专业镇创新绩效的影 响效率，有助于地方优化区域创新环境的配置，有针对性、高效的营造良好的区域创新环 境，从而提高专业镇创新绩效，保持工业专业镇经济的可持续发展。 本文以广东省19 个地市（除深圳、韶关）为研究对象，以工业专业镇（产业集群） 创新绩效和区域创新环境相关理论为基础，在前人研究的基础上，分别构建区域创新环境 和工业专业镇创新绩效指标评价体系，运用主成分因子分析法提炼公因子并得到广东省 19 个地市创新环境综合排名。在此基础上采用DEA 方法得到各地市区域创新环境对工业 专业镇创新绩效影响效率的综合评价。通过对实证结果的分析，提出基于提高专业镇创新 绩效的区域创新环境营造的具体建议。 关键词：区域创新环境，工业专业镇创新绩效，主成分因子分析，DEA 分析 I ABSTRACT As a product of industrial agglomeration，Industrial town is an important manifestation of the industrial clusters of Guangdong Province, the total economic output of industrial town accounted for more than 50% of GDP in Guangdong.
