本 科 毕 业 论 文 题 目 浙江民营上市公司融资偏好因素研究 学 院 专 业 财 务 管 理 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师  摘 要 近几年，随着中国市场经济的发展与改革，民营上市公司的数量也越来越多，己经成为我国证券市场上的一股重要力量，而浙江的地区则多为民营企业，就是其典型的代表，浙江的资本市场建立较晚，对公司融资偏好的研究尚处于起步阶段，不少学者从实际出发对民营上市公司的融资偏好进行理论与实证研究，提出了民营上市公司融资结构的总体状态，也提出了多种改善建议。但随着浙江经济健康稳步的发展、资本市场机制的不断完善和投融资体制改革的逐步深化，民营上市公司面临更多的融资渠道选择，对其融资结构的深入研究便显得特别重要，所以浙江民营上市公司的融资偏好问题的研究有了切实的意义。本文通过分析浙江上市公司的融资偏好，研究这些民营公司的特点，融资的现状以及他们的成因分析和具体的融资偏好的影响因素，为浙江民营企业在资本结构的优化、融资方式的更有效利用提供一些建议。 关键词：；；；Abstract In recent years, along with the development of market economy in China and reform, the number of private listed companies is also more and more, already become Chinas securities market a force, and Zhejiang area is much for the private enterprise, is the typical representative of the capital market, the Zhejiang establish late, to the company financing preference research infancy, many scholars from the reality of private listed companies of financing preference make theoretical and empirical studies, and puts forward the private listed companies financing structure of overall condition, and puts forward several proposals to improve. But along with the development of Zhejiang economy healthy and steady, capital market mechanism of continuous improvement and financing system reform of private listed companies face more channels of financing choice, for its financing structure of further research is important, so Zhejiang private listed companies of financing preference problem of practical significance.
