毕业论文 （20_ _届） 杭州地区上市公司社会责任信息披露问题研究 摘 要 随着社会经济的不断发展，企业社会责任已经成为一个热门话题，企业履行社会责任逐渐受到社会各方面的关注，如企业、政府监督部门、工会、学术机构、非政府组织等，要求企业更多的披露有关社会责任方面信息的呼声也越来越高，社会责任信息的披露日益成为一种趋势。 本文首先阐述了社会责任的定义，梳理了社会责任的起源和发展历史，从而揭示了企业承担必要的社会责任，主动披露社会责任信息是经济发展的必然趋势。而后对社会责任信息披露的内容和形式进行了研究，从这两方面展开，对我国上市公司社会责任信息披露的现状进行了了解。最后一部分是关于杭州地区上市公司社会责任信息披露现状的研究，通过对杭州地区上市公司年度报告的统计分析得出结果表明，杭州地区上市公司的社会责任披露还存在较大的问题，分别是：社会责任信息披露内容不充分；社会责任信息披露的形式简单；社会责任信息披露详细程度不同。 关键词：Abstract With social and economic development, the social responsibility of the enterprise has become a hot topic, to perform corporate social responsibility gradually by various social concern, if enterprises,the government supervision departments, trade unions, academic institutions, non-governmental organizations, aspects of voice to requests the enterprise disclose information of social responsibility also more and more high, social responsibility information disclosure of the increasingly become a trend. This paper elaborates the definition of social responsibilities , combed the social responsibility of the origin and development history, then reveals that the enterprise bear the social responsibility, active disclose social responsibility information is the tendency of economic development. Then for social responsibility information disclosure to discuss the content and form of research, from the two aspects, listed companies on Chinas social responsibility information disclosure of the present situation of understanding.
