毕业论文 （20_ _届） 家电业上市公司股利政策研究 摘要 自1990年12月上海证券交易所成立至今，我国证券市场发展迅速，但我国的股票市场仍然存在不少问题，上市公司股利不分配、股利支付率低以及缺乏连续性和稳定性等。家电业作为中国支柱产业之一，对中国经济有着巨大的影响作用。家电业上市公司不分配或少分配股利的现象已严重影响了投资者的信心，更影响了公司的发展壮大，这些现象的存在体现了需要加强规范上市公司股利政策分配行为。 本文通过对家电业上市公司股利分配的现状、存在的问题及影响因素。关键词：股利政策；影响因素 Abstract From December,1990 Shanghai stock market establishment until now, our country securities market developed rapidly, but our countrys stock market still have many problems, such as listed company does not distribute, dividend payment rate is low and lack of continuity and consistency. Home appliance industry is one of Chinese pillar industry, it has huge effect to the Chinese economy. Appliance listed companies do not allocate or less dividend distribution has seriously affected investors confidence, and more affected the development of the company. The existence of these phenomena manifested the securities regulatory authorities need to strengthen regulating listed companies dividend policy. This paper through the analysis of dividend distribution from 2000 to 2009, study the dividend distribution situation, the existence question and influencing factors of the home appliance industry. The results show that, home appliance industry has many problems, such as dividend payment rate is low, dividend distribution lacks continuity and stability, cash dividend payment is low. The influencing factors have the legal factor, the shareholder factor, the profession factor, the company to gain ability, credit capacity as well as the ability to gain cash flow. Therefore, suggests from the exterior supervision and the company two aspects to list dividend distribution behavior.
